1/16/26 - just pulled an all nighter to get this site somewhat functional, gonna have me a bowl of corn chex nao... i hvae things to do today so it might not've been the best idea. BUT. cool website is
cool and pawsome. anyhow, since this is my first entry i suppose i should introduce myself. im problemdawg, and ive been doing decently as of late. ive gotten into a band with gigs on the horizon, a new engine and transmission for my car, and (hopefully) a full time job. ive also kicked some nasty habits to the curb which is great!! i relapse now and then but hey, who doesnt? before i get that job, i ought to draw and animate some more stuffs so keep an eye out, you hear? oke bye bye :3c
5/14/26 holy mackerel!!! its been a while since i blogged. i should do this every month or at least more consistently. anywhey, life has been going decently as of late. ive converted my old jazz bass into a fretless, but i messed up with the nut... i did the superglue coating thing and forgot to take the nut out so now i have to un cure the superglue or something and probably redo the fretboard. i tried to make it work by filing the nut down to compensate for the obvious lack of frets, but i did it wrong and the string spacing and action height are all wonky. it still plays though, so whatev. i also may be getting a union job soon, it doesnt pay greatly but the advancement opportunities are VAST!! speaking of jobs, i also am now officially an ASE certified mechanic! its helped me get some interviews and stuff, but no job offers so far. i had this quick lube joint call me in for an interview (and tbh, probaby offer me a job) but the boss' boss called him like 15 minutes before and told him no more techs.... totally bogus!!!!!!! ive got my fingers and toes crossed for this union job, cus the job market right now is awful. it seems like not even the fast food places and retail chains are hiring!! ive finally got around to making a pricing structure and examples for commissions though, and the site will be updated accordingly soon. it wont be enough to support me solely, but it'll probably do for the time being. remember that band i was in? yeah those guys ghosted me after i didnt show up once.... probably for the best, one of the guitarists was always giving me the stink eye and i never really clicked with those dudes, besides the drummer, he's a cool fella. on the topic of music, im getting pretty close to a solid demo for that spitz idea ive been chipping away at for a year or two now. probably tonight, ill rerec the bass and gtar, fully, since i have brand new strings on both and i might do vocals too we'll see. okay ill quit yappin yer ear off, thanks 4 reading!!!!!!!!! :D
